Power Walking

I did another powerwalk after work. Couple of miles, up and down the curvaceous landscape of these parts. Tough on the calves, no matter how much stretching I do beforehand, but I guess I'll get used to it.

Day 111 My trainers. I went for a not-so-powerful power-walk in them when I got home from work. It was 1.8 miles according to Google Maps, but it's up and down hills a lot so lots of good exercise. Took me just over half an hour.
