I wrote a fic this evening, my first published fic longer than a drabble. It's here, hope you like (please be gentle with me if you don't like).

I'm also working on something for karaokegal's Halloween fic-fest.

I don't know how long this burst of creativity will last. Once my next OU course is up & running I may not have time to indulge it. We shall see.

Something is a bit odd today. The colours on my QI DVD are looking exceptionally bright, and I've read the entire first section (200+ pages) of Making History today. This was in response to a dream, I sheepishly admitted to Stephen Fry that I'd bought the book years ago but never got round to reading it (this being true, I bought it as holiday reading and then never opened it). But in the dream he was polite and kind, and played the piano for me anyway.
