tourmalineJust watched eps 1 & 2 of QI Series E!!
First big anticipation: Alan's hair this year. Not bad at all. Not so long as last year (the hottest he's ever looked, long hair does suit him) but long enough for the curls to be well-defined and begin taking on a life of their own.
Ep 1 (Engineering): I want a sweetie train!
Rob Brydon is one sexy fucker (he even makes eating a boiled sweet look sexy). And so is Stephen with a huge lapping tongue like that *flails*
I was waiting for someone to say that the Romans invented the British railway system, what with them going absolutely straight.
Ep 2 (Electricity): I WANT THAT ATHENA POSTER!! And to imagine Stephen talking in his camp-German accent when I look at it.
I soooo can't wait for Monday at work. One of the guys in my team is German and I'm sure he will have something to say about the ep, or be flummoxed by everyone's reaction if he didn't see it.
And the horse thing made me think of The Hippopotamus, obviously :D
I did notice that Vitaly Vitaliev is now a QI elf. I remember him on an early HIGNFY ep, I think he got the highest score (in terms of percentage of questions answered correctly) at the time. And the purple tinge to the QI logo behind Stephen.
