2.) Go to "trivia" and pick out the most interesting fact about each film.
3.) Copy + paste!
1. Apollo 13
Jim Lovell wore his old navy captain's uniform in the scene where he greets the astronauts aboard the Iwo Jima. When Ron Howard asked Lovell if he'd like to be in the film as the ship's admiral, Lovell agreed but pointed out, "I retired as a captain; a captain I will be."
2. Hubble 3D
Director Toni Myers remarked, "We have this shopping list of scenes that we developed together with Ray J (shuttle pilot Gregory C. Johnson) for the eight minutes, and that's quite prescribed. But we always say: Now, if an alien comes up and looks into the camera, don't not shoot it because it isn't on the list!"
3. Porridge (TV movie)
The film was shot at HMP Chelmsford before it was returned to service after a fire. The film company admin offices were located in the prison hospital block.
4. Wilde
Orlando Bloom's film debut.
5. Valiant
Despite the short running time, the film took over two years to voice.
6. 24 Hour Party People
As a nod from Tony Wilson and Factory Records, the film was given its own Factory catalog number (FAC 401). The film website is tagged as FAC 433.
7. The Tall Guy
The car that races to the Hospital at the end of the film (a blue Aston Martin registration "COMIC") belonged to Rowan Atkinson. Dexter is pulled over by the police for speeding, just in the same way Atkinson was in real life, in the very same car. Atkinson received a driving ban as a result of the incident.
8. Brokeback Mountain
Heath Ledger declined to go to the one month cowboy camp that had been organized as he had grown up on farms in Western Australia. Jake Gyllenhaal was required to attend, however, as he needed "roughing up".
9. St Elmo's Fire
Demi Moore had a drug problem, much like her character when she was cast in the film. One day, director Joel Schumacher actually demanded that she leave the set because she was really high. Moore actually had to go through rehab and promise to stay clean in order to play a character with a drug problem.
10. Youngblood
Keanu Reeves had hockey experience upon being cast, having been MVP and nicknamed "The Wall" for his goal-tending capabilities at De La Salle's college team in Toronto. Patrick Swayze had been trained as a figure skater but never played hockey, and Rob Lowe had to be taught to ice skate before filming began.
