Day 113 It's well and truly hayfever season. This is what I take:
It works. It works very well for me, but now I'm concerned that because I'm taking these meds I won't be able to donate blood when the blood service returns to work next month. But if I'm not, then hopefully when it comes again in the autumn I'll be OK.
