Complaints

Day 35 A zillion copies of a new publication arrived at the office today, it's been co-authored by one of our team and it's about dealing with complaints. There's nowhere else for the books to go so they're stacked in the space where a bookcase used to be.



Everything gets sent in the same packaging, so all boxes have to be labelled so we know what's what once it finally gets into proper storage. But this looks like we collect complaints or lots of people have been complaining about us. I assure you that's not the case!
