Still Concerned

So I switched my laptop off, and restarted after I had a shower. The problem happened again, so this time I elected to send the Microsoft Error report. Once Microsoft got over its initial hissy fit about me using Firefox and not IE, it took me to a webpage with this info:

So, it appears I'm left with a "serious error" but no idea how serious, no idea what it actually means, and no method of fixing it. Any thoughts anyone?
