National Underground Railroad Freedom Center Museum based on the history of the Underground Railroad
Over-the-Rhine is a Cincinnati neighbourhood which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It has had a rather dynamic history, as of 2009 it features both a thriving arts scene and an overall void rate of 66%
