Get A Mac?
If anyone would like to tell me all about how wonderful their Mac is, I'd like to hear for my own research purposes. Please, if you reply, state the model you have.
This notion of me getting a Mac has resurfaced thanks to the failtastic iTunes, which no longer allows you to access the iTunes store with iTunes 8, and insists you download iTunes 10. Except anything over iTunes 8 will not start on my laptop. I'm not done with troubleshooting this yet, thanks tomarykir and vicodin_martini I've made progress, but am still without a working iTunes. But I've found that the NUS discount is still available, so if it's appropriate for me to get a Mac, I'd like to do so with a discount rather than at full price. My friend C at work will no doubt regale me with the awesomeness of his Mac, also bought via the NUS discount (he is also an OU student) but I'd be grateful for feedback on wider Mac experience.
