Look At Me In Zero-Gee
Wednesday, June 4th, 2008 10:15 pmSTS-124: They've just opened the hatch and floated into Kibō, and all of them are twirling & tumbling around in front of the camera. Apparently Kibō is a big lab space, so they're floating about all over the place cos they can. I was watching to see if anyone had signature moves, Mark Kelly was spinning round and spun into the ceiling lol.
But despite the nice weather and blue skies this afternoon here, it was completely clouded over by the time the ISS/Shuttle came near us :( Possibly a chance to see it tomorrow, but even if we have clear skies it will be very low in the sky here.
And to the woman commentating on NASA TV: You are not your President. Learn to pronounce a country's name before you give them a namecheck. It's Tunisia, not Tunisa.
