Hello Peggy
Thursday, April 3rd, 2008 08:55 pmI just watched the International Space Station pass over my house.
I found out about it from the Heavens Above website, you can enter your global co-ordinates (or pick your hometown from a list) and get details of when you can see the ISS from your location, including a printable map.
This was a really good view, it was 77 degrees in altitude and magnitude -2.4, it looked like a clear bright star swooping across the sky. I also saw it disappear into the Earth's shadow.
I get another good observation opportunity tomorrow night, hopefully it will be clear enough then too.
