Loopy for onion rings

I can't believe how much I love these, especially as they're not particularly breath-friendly or sophisticated. Sainsburys sell a whole range of own-brand crisps & snacks, all the basics and their take on familiar stuff (eg ready salted square crisps, cheesy puffs, salt & vinegar chipsticks and so on). For the first time last week I thought I'd give their Onion Rings a try ('fried onion flavour maize snacks') - they're fabulous. Not much in the way of organic ingredients or hand-crafted-for-your-discerning-palate about them, but that's no matter every now and again. The whole range is 2 packs for £1, so I might get two more bags of onion rings next week. For now, I must get back to what's left in the bag before anyone else can get their mitts on them.
